Todd Noel

Todd Noel is a senior research director for Global Manager Research (GMR), a division of Wells Fargo Investment Institute. The GMR team conducts due diligence and provides research on the third-party money managers used throughout Wells Fargo’s brokerage, private banking, family wealth, and retirement businesses.

In his role, Todd oversees global fixed-income and global multi-asset research. He joined Wells Fargo in 1999 and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with more than 15 of those years in manager research roles. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Todd worked as an engineer in manufacturing and distribution for six years.

Todd earned a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Todd is a CFA® charter holder and member of the CFA Society of St. Louis. He resides in St. Louis, Missouri.

Jennifer Johnston

Jennifer Johnston is a senior vice president and director of research for Franklin Templeton Fixed Income - Municipal Bond group in San Mateo, California, United States. Ms. Johnston is responsible for leading the groups credit research effort across all of the municipal bond sectors. She continues to cover high profile state and local governments. Ms. Johnston has held research coverage for a variety of sectors over her tenure and has most recently focused on the tax-backed sector with an emphasis on general obligations, leases/COPs and dedicated tax bonds issued by state and local governments and school districts, local governments nationwide,and distressed local governments.

John Kerschner, CFA

John Kerschner is Head of US Securitised Products and a portfolio manager at Janus Henderson Investors. He is a member of the Securitised Credit and US Fixed Income Teams and leads the teams in finding innovative ways to utilise structured products in JHI portfolios. Prior to joining Janus in 2010,John was director of portfolio management at BBW Capital Advisors. Before that,he worked for Woodbourne Investment Management, where he was global head of credit investing. John began his career at Smith Breeden Associates as an assistant portfolio manager and was promoted several times over 12 years, becoming a principal, senior portfolio manager and director of the ABS-CDO group.

David Mechlin, CFA

David Mechlin is a Portfolio Managerfor Credit Suisse Asset Management, LLC with responsibility for senior loansand high yield bonds. He joined CIG as a credit analyst in 2006. Mr. Mechlinholds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Stern School of Business at NewYork University. Mr. Mechlin is a CFA Charterholder.
